What products do you recommend to use?
We have an amazing range of hair care especially designed for use on natural hair extensions. The products are 100% vegan, made in Australia, cruelty free, organic ingredients and sulphate and paraben free. I offer a client discount for in salon buys so grab some at your next appointment.
Do you offer free consults?
Yes!! This is the best way to have all your questions answered and see the products on offered and how they are applied. These consults take between 15-60 mins depending on how many questions you have :) They are completely free** and there is absolutely no obligations to go ahead with getting extensions. Having a face to face consultation is the best way to get all the info needed and to colour match perfectly! I do not colour match over the phone or via photos.
**a no show fee of $50 will be charged if you do not turn up to your appointment.
Can you colour hair extensions?
Yes, our hair extensions can be coloured by professional hairdressers with semi-permanent colour. However, this is not a service we offer. We have a wide colour range and have the option to mix colours to create your desired outcome.
How long does my natural hair need to be to get extensions?
It is generally recommended that you have at least 4 inches of natural hair length to work with. We are able to blend extensions seamlessly with natural hair transforming short hairstyles into long, thick and luscious looking hair.
What kind of extensions should I get?
What method of extensions may come down to your hair and scalp health. In your consult, we will go over your lifestyle and health and determine which method is most suitable for you. We offer many different extension methods: flat track and concealed bead track wefts and keratin bonds. At your initial consultation we will go through which type is best suited towards your hair type and the look you wish to achieve.
Will hair extensions damage my natural hair?
No, hair extensions should never damage your natural hair when applied & looked after correctly. Extreme care must be taken during the application and after care of your extensions to ensure your natural hair stays happy and healthy. Maintenance appointments are recommended every 6 weeks to keep them healthy. Always have a trained professional remove your extensions.
How long can my hair extensions be?
We offer a range of different sizes however the maximum length is different for everyone as this relies on your natural hair type, thickness and length. This is generally answered at our initial consultation where we will go through your desired look and overall outcome you wish to achieve. Our range is 12" to 30".

Can I wash my hair after getting extensions?
Yes! However please do not wash your hair for 48 hours after having tapes or keratin bonds applied in order to let the glue set. We recommend using our Simply Stunning Hair products which can be purchased in salon or online and sent straight to your door.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept cash, card, bank deposit*, PayPal, and Afterpay. PayPal have the option to pay in 4 instalments now, so this is a great option for our clients that already have PayPal set up.
*funds must be cleared before your appointment will commence
What's the easiest way to book?
Booking is online through either my website or on any of my social pages. If you cannot find something suitable online, please contact me and I will see what I can do to find a time that suits us both. I have set hours I work but these can be moved around to suit your busy lifestyle too so don’t be afraid to tell me what suits for you and if I can make it work, I sure will!
Can I have my extensions applied at the consult?
This is possible if I have the colour and amount in stock of what is needed and of course if time permits. If stock needs to be ordered for your application, a 50%, non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your application appointment, and a 2-21 day turn around is needed depending on which option you go with. Custom hair orders take 2-3 weeks.
How long does the hair last?
I have 2 ranges to choose from. Standard and premium. The standard range lasts between 4-9 months. Premium 9-18 months. Of course this depends on the care provided by you. It can definitely last longer with correct care. Remember, your extensions are an investment!
Can I just walk in?
My salon is appointment only! No walk ins will be accepted. I work with one client at a time so please contact me if you are in need of an urgent appointment.
What do I do if I'm not happy with the quality of hair?
I am completely approachable and if you have any issues at all with the hair or my service, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you do happen to be unhappy with the quality of hair, the hair will need to be removed and sent back to the manufacturer for a quality assessment. If they deem the hair to be of poor quality, a replacement set will be applied completely free of charge. If they are deemed good quality, we will work together to make sure the aftercare is sufficient. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In certain cases, a credit for future services may be issued.

Please remember I am a real person behind my phone, I am a mum and have a life around my business. I am very approachable and understanding. I realise life happens, but I will not tolerate clients just simply not showing up. If you have any issues with your appointment, please contact me so we can sort it out together. If your simply do not turn up to your appointment, you may not be offered another, and a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card details you have provided to secure your appointment.
Cancellations
While I am very understanding about life and things happening, this is also my source of income and how I feed my family and cancellations or rescheduling with short notice mean no income. 24 hours notice is needed for any cancellation or reschedule. If you provide less than this, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card you provided when booking your appointment.
